Description: Join Rabbi Heather Altman for a workshop devoted to Refu'ah Sheleima, combining Hebrew expression for healing of the spirit and body with the yoga philosophy of rest and renewal. Learn to rebalance and release your ability to breathe fully. This workshop will focus on restorative and supportive postures and is perfect for anyone from an active, physical lifestyle to those healing from an injury or illness.
