Description: This group is for spiritual seekers and people who wish to explore the patterns of meaning and guidance in their lives. Jewish Spiritual Direction brings prayerful presence and holy listening to our sacred journeys. In a safe setting, 6-8 individuals gather with Spiritual Director Rabbi Heather Altman for monthly sessions. Spiritual Direction is a good fit for those attempting to cultivate spiritual practices and awareness, and who are willing to make a six month minimum commitment to themselves and the group format. Prior to the first session, everyone will have a phone orientation and mutual assessment with Rabbi Altman.
