Description: Netivot/Pathways High Holiday Institute offers alternative services that complement and supplement the traditional services. They add dimensions of embodiment, mindfulness, and creativity set authentically within the Holy Day prayer context. Designed to be welcoming, centered in spirit and grounded in presence, these sessions will deepen and enhance the synagogue experience. Individually, the services are introductions to each topic. As a whole, they are an in house retreat on Jewish Spiritual Practices, specifically applied to the High Holy Days.

Join Rabbi Heather Altman for one or more of these services created to enhance your holy day experience and to stir your soul: Guided contemplation, Jewish Meditation, Tefilla Yoga, Rav Yoga, Refu'ah Yoga, Contemplative Torah Study, Spiritual Direction.
